IMPERIAL AND AMELS TEAM UP FOR A 120M SUPERYACHT PROJECT
Imperial is delighted to announce the largest superyacht to be ever built in the Netherlands. At 120-metre length, Project SIGNATURE will be the fruitful result of the collaboration between Amels and Damen Yachting shipyards, multi-awarded designer Espen Øino and Imperial. The Monaco-based company is proud to act as Owner’s Representative and Build Supervisor throughout the build process. The expected delivery will be in 2025. Project SIGNATURE is a superyacht concept designed to setup new standards in the 100m+ section. A unique and powerful vessel born with the extensive experience of Imperial which drawn the general arrangement together with the full support of Espen Øino International for the design and Amels – Damen Yachting for the construction part.
Imperial, alongside esteemed partner Amels, unveil a revolutionary vision to the yachting industry. Project Signature will be an eco-friendly superyacht prepared for the standard Lloyds Register of Shipping EP (Environment Protection) notation. Powered by diesal-electric engines and Azipod propulsion, the superyacht Project Signature will provide guests the lowest level of noise and vibration for this size of yacht, making for a smooth ride. Expected to be a yachting masterpiece on engineering and outfitting, Project Signature was a yacht that was unexpected in the yachting industry in these uncertain times.
Being the 9th successful collaboration for Imperials, Amels and Damen yachting, this is will be the largest vessel ever built by these teams and generally in the Netherlands.
